From ground-up restaurant concepts to repositioning hospitality experiences, Jessica has spent her career working across every layer of the industry. Before launching Porcelain Collective, she held leadership roles with Union Square Hospitality Group, LDV Hospitality, and Rockwell Group, where she developed food and beverage concepts for some of the world's most recognized hospitality brands.

Today, she partners with hotel owners, developers, and operators to create experiences that are as commercially successful as they are memorable, connecting brand, design, culinary, and operations into cohesive hospitality concepts with a strong sense of place.
